As per refund laws surrounding digital products, we cannot offer a refund for any of our assets if the product has been downloaded. We track every download on every purchase and can check in real time. Once a product is downloaded, liability is created and therefore cannot be refunded. If there is an issue with an asset, we will consider this a mitigating circumstance and do our best to rectify the problem first.

We provide working files on all our products. The backend handling and other data should be an issue resolved by yourself. We do not provide a service to ensure your vehicles are configured properly for your server. We advise you having some knowledge on coding lua files such as handling and carcols etc to ensure the vehicle is correctly configured to your needs. Please open a ticket if you are 100% certain the files we've provided do not work. Any tickets made that are deemed "basic knowledge problems" will be closed without any support.

Unfortunately there are some people within FiveM that deem it necessary to leak assets, although we can swiftly DMCA these people and, where necessary, claim from it. It does mean that we have checks in place on our website that may delay your order. Although we aim to deliver instantly, this may not always be the case. The best thing you can do in this instance is be patient. The website will do what it needs to do. Please do not waste our time with a ticket just because your product has not been received within 10 minutes.

We allow edits to LIVERYS only. Editing any of our assets without explicit permission, or specifically buying the dev models is not only a breach of our Terms of Service, but also a DMCA breach and we must protect our work.

Yes and no, we do not allow the resale of our dev models. Nor can you sell the civ model, the dev models are there so that you can create your own vehicles from our products. As long as there is a significant difference to ours and you create your own liveries too then all is good, you can resell those. That being said, if you create a completely unique model out of our base, you are also welcome to sell that. But again, must be significantly different to the original base model. Just adding a 4d plate or just changing the wheels and selling the original is not sufficient.

We do not sell or make sounds for any of our vehicles what we do is add a default gta5 sound on to them and then you or the server owner for the server you play on can change it to any sound they wish.
